To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our People team.

About the role
This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on attracting, selecting, and onboarding high-calibre talent across Neilson’s specialist and enabling functions. You’ll play a key part in shaping the teams that underpin our customer and operational success.

Key accountabilities:

• Recruit across support functions such as Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal, partnering closely with functional leaders.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every stage of the recruitment process.
• Support employer brand development to position Neilson as an employer of choice in the financial services sector

About you

• Experienced in-house recruiter, ideally within insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Comfortable managing both specialist post-sale operational roles and corporate support positions.
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to influence and advise leaders.
• Proactive, resilient, and outcome-oriented with a focus on quality and pace.
• Passionate about candidate experience and building long-term talent communities.
