Neilson is a global specialist in life insurance, providing coverage directly to consumers in the UK, Canada, and Australia through our retail and partnership brands.
Since launching in 2012, Neilson has grown from a UK-based company with 100 employees to an award-winning international business with 950 employees and nine locations across the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Australia. Today, we are a recognised leader in the global life insurance market having sold over 600,000 policies worldwide. Our Growing Team in the UK and Ireland
Our UK and Ireland teams are thriving and work together across four UK locations (Windsor, Ashford, Hull, and Gloucester) and our Marketing hub in Dublin. Across the region, we employ more than 400 people, including over 50 marketing specialists in Ireland, supporting all functions from Sales and Operations to Technology, Compliance, and Global Marketing.
In Dublin, our in-house team at Thinkbait leads global campaign delivery for all Neilson brands, supporting markets in the UK, Canada, and Australia. From paid social and PPC to TV, native, and email, they create performance content that drives thousands of leads each day — while ensuring full compliance, creative excellence, and customer impact.
Whether you're generating leads in our UK contact centres or building global ad creatives from our Dublin studio, you’ll find yourself part of a mission-driven, high-performance team.

What to Expect from the Application Process
We keep things simple and transparent. Depending on the role, our process typically involves 2–3 stages, including interviews and job-relevant tasks. For high-volume roles, expect a structured 3-step process. You’ll have a dedicated contact guiding you throughout.
We’ll coach and support you ahead of interviews and provide feedback whether you're successful or not. This is a two-way street — we’ll also make sure you learn what you need to know about Neilson to make the right decision for your future.
