To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer (FTC) to join our People team.
About the role
This is a fast-paced, phone-based recruitment role focused on sourcing and screening candidates for our contact centre operations. As a key part of our recruitment team, you’ll help build strong talent pipelines and make sure every candidate enjoys a positive, professional experience from start to finish.
You’ll often be the first person potential employees speak to, so your communication skills, enthusiasm, and professionalism will help create a great first impression of Neilson Financial Services. Key accountabilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates for our volume recruitment
- Conduct high-volume telephone interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Keep accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system.
- Write and post engaging job adverts across internal and external platforms.
- Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Handle confidential candidate information with care and discretion.
About you
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment, ideally within contact centres or financial services.
- Confident in conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- A clear and friendly communicator with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a busy, changing environment.
