Base Salary: from £30,000
On-Target Earnings: £60,000 - £85,000 (Uncapped)
What you will be doing:
Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance
Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected
No cold calling – you'll speak to customers who have already shown interest in life insurance

Experience in a sales role or sales environment, preferably within a call centre
Target driven, with strong motivation to succeed
Excellent communication and listening skills
High level of resilience and positivity
