What you’ll be doing
Own the first 15 days of every new hire
Run onboarding that actually prepares people for the reality of the role — not just theory.Turn average performers into strong closers
Coach live, in the moment, using real calls and real scenarios.Lift conversion across the floor
Identify what’s not working and fix it fast through targeted training.Build sales capability, not just deliver training
Focus on objection handling, pace, tone, and closing — the stuff that actually drives revenue.Partner with Sales Leadership
Work closely with Team Managers and Sales Performance to align on what “good” looks like and raise the bar.
About you
You’re currently in a high-performing sales role (or recently were)
You consistently hit or exceed targets — and understand what it actually takes
You’re the person others come to for help, advice, or call coaching
You care about performance and get a buzz from seeing others succeed
You’re commercially minded — you know training = revenue impact
